Build: Muscular Strength

Class formats falling under our BUILD category are designed to build fast twitch muscle tissue. An imperative part of any workout routine, building this type of muscle tissue increases resting metabolism, improves reaction time and strength in daily activities. When coupled with fat loss, this type of development improves appearance of muscle.

Tone: Muscular Endurance

Class formats falling under our TONE category are designed to develop slow twitch muscle tissue. An imperative part of any workout routine, developing this type of muscle tissue improves the ability to sustain activity in sport and in daily activity. It is associated with improved posture and decreased chronic muscle pain. When coupled with fat loss, this type of development adds to a longer leaner muscular appearance.

Condition: Cardiovascular Endurance

Class formats falling under our CONDITION category are designed to develop cardiovascular endurance. An imperative part of any workout routine, cardiovascular endurance serves as a baseline for all other daily and athletic performance and overall heart health and is directly linked to decreased risk factors for disease.
