Our Approach

Each member of The St. James1 receives two complimentary assessments using the latest technology to measure metabolism, muscle density, body fat and fitness
Our trainers also use technology to develop personal training sessions and provide workouts and tips between sessions
We utilize active recovery techniques, such as cryotherapy and recoveryboots to enhance our clients' wellness and speed recovery from workouts2

Our Trainers

All personal trainers at The St. James have:

At least two years of training experience
A national training certification that is accredited by the NCCA
CPR/AED certification
A proven track record of delivering measurable client results
A spirit of hospitality and unparalleled dedication to client service
